There are currently 2 types of service provided by the Oath platform.

Standard Service Oath Advisors and Highly Requested Oath Advisors

Both are further divided in 3 possible modalities:

Written chat, audio call and video call.

Standard Service advisors:

Written chat R$ 79 reais

Audio call R$ 99 reais

Video call R$ 119 reais

Highly Requested advisors:

Written chat R$ 139 reais

Audio call R$ 159 reais

Video call R$ 179 reais

To help Oath run smoothly and cover the cost of services,

we charge a service fee when a reservation is confirmed.

 

At this time, the fee paid by the user is 5%.

This value will be added to the value of the service.

 

When will you pay for your consulting consultation

 

You've just made an appointment - congratulations! So what happens next?

Your payment method will be charged once your inquiry has been made.

The cancellation policy applies as described in the refund & return policy section.

 

No matter how far in advance you book, the consultant does not receive payment for the completed service. This gives you both time to make sure everything is as expected.
